Bragi AI is a software platform that enables hardware brands to turn physical audio devices into AI-enabled, software-defined products. It sits between the chip and the end user, providing the interaction layer, app infrastructure, and services framework that brands need to deploy AI features, connect third-party services, and evolve their products after shipment. Rather than treating a device as a fixed hardware release, Bragi AI makes it a continuously improving product that gains new capabilities over time.

What problem does Bragi AI solve?

Hardware brands face a structural gap between what consumers expect from AI-enabled audio products and what internal teams can realistically build. Developing a full interaction layer, companion app, voice control system, and services integration from scratch requires significant engineering resource — and must be rebuilt for every new SKU. Bragi AI removes that overhead by providing a reusable platform that works across chip platforms, device categories, and brand portfolios.

What does Bragi AI actually do?

The Bragi platform delivers three layers of capability that work together: Control covers the device experience — companion app, onboarding, button mapping, gesture controls, and wakeword interaction. This is what a user sees and touches when they interact with a Bragi-powered product. Connect is the service integration layer. It enables devices to function as gateways to music services, communication tools, everyday utilities, and partner ecosystems — without brands building each integration individually. Intelligence is the AI interaction layer. It handles conversational device control, AI assistants, real-time translation, and productivity features. Bragi manages the underlying AI infrastructure, billing, and compliance so brands don’t have to.

Who uses Bragi AI?

Bragi AI is designed for audio hardware brands, ODM manufacturers, and SoC vendors across the market — from global consumer electronics companies introducing AI into established product lines, to engineering-led brands looking to scale a consistent platform across their portfolio, to ODMs competing on differentiation rather than price. The platform is built for Tier-2 and Tier-3 global audio brands as well as flagship programs at larger organisations.

How does Bragi AI reach devices?

Distribution happens primarily at the SoC level. Bragi embeds its interaction layer into chip platforms so that devices ship Bragi-ready by default. This means brands adopting a supported SoC get access to the Bragi platform without a separate integration project — it is already in the silicon.

Bragi AI in practice

Bragi AI enables brands to build AI-enabled audio products with fast, easy control and a continuously expanding services ecosystem. A brand integrating the Bragi platform does not need to define a device-to-app interaction contract from scratch, build a backend deployment system, or manage AI infrastructure and lifecycle independently. Those foundations are already built. The brand configures and extends rather than constructs. The platform is live across SoC partners and shipping in devices today. Phase 1 capabilities — Control and Connect — are deployed and scaling. Phase 2 Intelligence features, including AI assistants and subscription services, are launching now.
